I initiated the frontend development from scratch, building the interface to meet the specific needs of HR teams. Profile / Utilization Viewing — Real-time display of member data from the system allows HR professionals to access up-to-date information on employee profiles and benefit utilization.
Batch Enrollment — Simplify the enrollment process by enrolling both Principal and Dependent members simultaneously using a single template, saving time and reducing administrative workload.
Batch Termination — Manage terminations efficiently with downloadable templates available on the portal. This feature allows for easy updating of member status via the web.
Documents — Securely upload and store supporting documents for dependents, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available and compliant with company policies.
Enrollment Reports — Generate comprehensive reports on employee enrollments, providing insights into current and past enrollments to assist in decision-making and audits.
Termination Reports — Access detailed termination reports, offering a clear overview of member terminations to maintain accurate records and facilitate smooth transitions.
Member Reports — Produce master list reports to get an organized summary of all members, aiding in overall membership management and strategic planning.
