I started the frontend development from scratch, and it was the first-ever React web application adopted in our company. It features dynamic theme switching based on company color themes. Digi ID — This feature provides members with a digital version of their physical ID card, allowing them to access services without needing the physical card on hand.
eConsultation and eDiagnostics — This service allows members to request consultations with healthcare providers or request procedures and laboratory tests online, ensuring timely medical advice and diagnostics from the comfort of their homes.
Reimbursement — Members can easily file reimbursement requests through this feature, streamlining the process of claiming expenses covered under their health plan.
Dependent Enrollment — Specifically designed for new hires, this feature allows the enrollment of dependents into the health plan, ensuring that family members receive the necessary health coverage. Availability may be restricted to specific accounts.
Renewal — This feature enables members to renew their existing health plan or cancel it as needed. It also allows the addition of new dependents, making it easy to update one's coverage.
Downloadables — Members can access and download essential documents related to their health plan, including policy requirements and guidelines, ensuring they have the information they need at their fingertips.
Newsletter — Stay informed with the latest news and announcements related to health coverage and services through the AGORA Web's newsletter feature.
